You will feel a very gentle, soothing warmth from the LED panels, but it is not hot like a sauna. There is no risk of burning, as the light does not use thermal heat to achieve results.

For pain relief and muscle recovery, many clients feel a difference after the very first session. For deeper tissue repair or skin quality improvements, results are cumulative and typically become visible after 4–6 weeks of consistent use.
Is it safe for my eyes?
Yes, the light is safe; however, we provide protective eyewear or ask you to keep your eyes closed during face-adjacent treatments for your comfort, as the light can be very bright.

Can I do this on the same day as other treatments?
